Brian Feld – President

 

Mr. Feld is a partner in the law firm of Rosenthal Pauerstein Sandoloski Agather LLP. Mr. Feld represents entrepreneurs in connection with organizing and financing new enterprises and serves as outside general counsel to a number of clients managing a range of legal issues for early-stage companies, established mid-sized companies, and several real estate ventures. He has served as a volunteer and in leadership roles in a number of nonprofit organizations both in San Antonio and statewide. Mr. Feld graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law, and with high honors from The University of Texas at Austin where he served as the elected Student Body Vice President. Galina Wexler – Vice President 

 

Galina is currently the Sr. Finance Director at ECS Learning Systems, an educational company committed to helping students reach their optimal academic success.  She moved to San Antonio 4 years ago from New York.  In New York, she worked at WPP Health as a Sr. Financial Analyst.  And prior to this role, earned her CPA while working as an auditor/tax accountant with Berdon LLP, a regional audit and tax firm in New York.  She and her husband are parents to their two young children.  Email [email protected] 

 

 

Rebecca Moulder – Secretary 

 

Rebecca Moulder is the parent of an EKHLA elementary school student and an EKHLA middle schooler. She has 12 years of experience planning, performing, and reporting compliance and performance audits. She is currently designated as a certified internal auditor and a certified information systems auditor. A UTSA alumna, she has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting.  Email: [email protected]

 

Jacqueline Dansby – Board Member at Large

 

Jacqueline O. Dansby, Ph.D. has served as an educational administrator at St. Mary’s University for more than 46 years. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Upward Bound Program. In addition to having served on numerous committees, she has chaired the President’s Task Force on Diversity Initiatives, as well as the Academic Development Council, and she teaches Social Psychology. With an extensive record of service to the community and her profession, she has served as President and Chair of the Board of the Texas Association of Student Special Services Programs, in addition to a board member of the Council for Opportunity in Education, a national professional association. As South Central Regional Director of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, she served on the international board of directors and provided leadership to more than 125 graduate and undergraduate chapters throughout Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Arkansas; education is a major program emphasis of this international service organization. She has presented scholarly papers at Oxford University and received numerous awards. Locally, she has served as President and Chair of the Board of the San Antonio Women’s Hall of Fame, SA 100, and a local chapter of the Business and Professional Women’s Club. Mike Dinesman - Board Member at Large

 

Mike Dinesman is a retired Army Officer with almost 4 decades of service in uniform and as a contractor. He served in Special Operations units the vast majority of his service and has deployed experience in 26 countries.  He is now a contractor supporting technical efforts for The Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering. Susan J Martin – Board Member at Large

Susan J. Martin is a retired FBI Special Agent with 24 years of service. Her FBI career was spent working with schools, businesses and local law enforcement providing training and establishing open communication channels to identify and investigate potential security threats. 

Ms. Martin retired in September 2019 from the FBI San Antonio Division. During her tenure with the FBI, she served in Washington D.C., Quantico, McAllen, Austin and San Antonio. She worked as the Guardian Coordinator on the Joint Terrorism Task Force - Domestic Terrorism. As Guardian Coordinator, Ms. Martin fielded all tips and information called into the FBI San Antonio Division where she reviewed, prioritized, assigned and provided executive management notifications for critical situations such as threats directed towards schools and law enforcement. Ms. Martin was also the Assistant Team Leader and 17-year member of the Evidence Response Team conducting investigative searches on active shooter, bombings, and mass casualty situations. 

In her 24 years of service, Ms. Martin has managed large counterintelligence and violent crime investigations, was a Supervisor in the Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate in the Counter Proliferations Operations Unit at FBI Headquarters, Coordinator for the Chemical Weapons Convention treaty inspections and established the Counterproliferation Coordinators position for all FBI Field Offices. 

Ms. Martin has a Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at El Paso. She has been a resident of Texas for over 35 years and enjoys spending time with her family, golfing and traveling. Email: [email protected]
