Practice dates can change to accommodate Coach availability.
Do not wait to sign up ! Registration will close at capacity.
Bring athletic shorts, shirt, shoes, water bottle,
and black knee pads. EKHLA Rams Volleyball Shirt should be worn daily.
Extra practice shirts can be purchased online during registration.
SPORTS Physicals due for every sport for every
athlete for every school year !! Sports physicals
must be dated June 1 to May 31 for the current school year.
(eg: June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 is for the 2024-2025 school year)

2024-25 Season Information:
- One all girl 4th-6th grade Select team (U13)
- One all girl 4th-6th grade Premier team (U13)
- One all girl 7th-8th Premier team (U15)
- One all girl 7th-8th Select team (U15)
- 6th graders are split up by skill and the more experienced players will play on the Premier Team .
- Practice dress code: EKHLA blue practice shirt, athletic shoes, black shorts, black knee pads, and ball required everyday.
- Multiple player and EKHLA Staff tuition discount available.
- Teams are set up with a 12 player maximum per team. Then participant is put on the waitlist.
- Game day dress code: Black Volleyball spandex shorts and black knee pads must be purchased. EKHLA jersey is leased, and returned at the end of the season
- First Practice is Monday August 19, 2024
- Season ends end of October or after playoffs
- All practices will be held in the EKHLA gym
- Both 4-6th grade teams practice will be held Mon-Wed from 3:30 to 4:45 p.m.
- 7-8th grade Select team practice will be held M/W 5:00 to 6:30
- 7-8th grade Premier team practice will be held T/Th 5:00 to 6:30
Practice times for all teams could change due to coaches availability.
Coaching staff is not solidified till August 2024.
- Mandatory Parent Meeting – Monday, August 26, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. via zoom
- Practice days will adjust slightly to accommodate game schedule.
