EKHLA Athletic's Mission
EKHLA Athletics Mission is to have all Athletes, EKHLA Rams, develop the quality of self-discipline needed for proper conduct, fair play, and sportsmanship in a competitive situation. To develop qualities of leadership through a balance of cooperation with coaches, teammates and competition with opponents. To develop in the athlete a realization that self sacrifice, self discipline, teamwork, and effort are necessary for achievement. Any student who accepts the privilege of participating in E.K.H.L.A. Athletics must recognize that he/she is a representative of the school and district and will be held to a higher standard of conduct.

Spring Rock-N-Pop Volleyball Clinic
Tuesdays 3:30-4:45 6 weeks- EKHLA Gym

2024-25 Season Information:
- One all girl 4th-6th grade Premier Team (U13)
- One all girl 4th-6th grade Select Team (U13)
- One all girl 7th-8th Premier Team (U15)
- One all girl 7th-8th Select Team (U15)
- No Practice on game days
Practice times for all teams could change due to coaches availability, and games.
- 6th graders are split up by skill and the more experienced players will play on the Premier Team or the 7-8 team.
- Practice dress code: EKHLA blue practice shirt, athletic shoes, black shorts, black knee pads, and ball required everyday.
- Multiple player and EKHLA Staff tuition discount available.
- Teams are set up with a 12 player maximum per team. Then participant is put on the waitlist.
- Game day dress code: Black Volleyball spandex shorts and black knee pads must be purchased. EKHLA jersey is leased, and returned at the end of the season
- Season ends at the end of October or after playoffs
- All practices will be held in the EKHLA gym
- Mandatory Parent Meeting – Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. via zoom
- Practice days will adjust slightly to accommodate game schedule.
