Breakfast In A Bag

The Eleanor Kolitz Hebrew Language Academy offers daily “Breakfast in a Bag”.  The attached menu will be used throughout the school year and each breakfast will be sold for $2.00.  In order to accurately prepare the right number of packaged meals, we ask that families let us know if their children will be participating in the breakfast program at least one week in advance.

Your children may be eligible to receive free or reduced price meals.  All families are encouraged to submit an application anytime during the school year.  Applying for this benefit is confidential. All students will receive applications on the first day of school. A new application must be submitted each school year.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO APPLY:

  • Child(ren)’s name as it appears on birth certificate
  • Household before-tax income or SNAP/TANF number
  • Some households applying for children that are qualified foster, homeless, migrant, runaway or participating in Head Start may not be required to provide household income.
