Fit Club returns in the Spring March 2018. Once a week on Thursdays 3:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. Mainly takes place in the great outdoors but will meet in Room 285 on inclement weather days. Club will focus on building an active lifestyle, the importance of good nutrition, running to build endurance, cardio vascular, HIIT training (high intensity interval training) running and strength training. Our goal is to build strong healthy body and minds by encouraging healthy choices in our daily meals and snacks.
Our instructor is Ms Perez Dixon who served in the Army and has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Bachelors of Nursing Science. We are very excited to be offering this new Club for 4th- 8th graders.
Registration for the Spring will occur in late Feb 2018
