Fit Club returns in Spring 2019. The first session is on March 28, 2018. Once a week on Thursdays 3:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. Mainly takes place in the great outdoors but will meet in Room 170 on inclement weather days. The club will focus on building an active lifestyle, the importance of good nutrition, running to build endurance, cardiovascular, HIIT training (high-intensity interval training) running and strength training. Our goal is to build a strong healthy body and minds by encouraging healthy choices in our daily meals and snacks.
Our instructor is Alli Mullet who has a Bachelors of Arts and was an Athletic trainer in college. We are very excited to be offering this Club for 4th- 8th graders. Cash/Check made payable to Mullet not to EKHLA.
