Fit Club returns in the Fall 2018. First session is on Sept 6, 2018. Once a week on Thursdays 3:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. Mainly takes place in the great outdoors but will meet in Room 170 on inclement weather days. Club will focus on building an active lifestyle, the importance of good nutrition, running to build endurance, cardio vascular, HIIT training (high intensity interval training) running and strength training. Our goal is to build strong healthy body and minds by encouraging healthy choices in our daily meals and snacks.
Our instructor is Alli Mullet who has a Bachelors of Arts and was an Athletic trainer in college. We are very excited to be offering this Club for 4th- 8th graders. Cash/Check made payable to Mullet not to EKHLA.
